[Wranglers] Ultipa Now Supports GQL International Standard

Ultipa has launched a free GQL playground:

I haven't tried it, but I'm looking forward to experimenting with it over
the week. Ultipa's GQL conforms to ISO/IEC 39075:2024 (GQL)
