[Wranglers] User Defined Aggregate Functions (UDAF) in Snowflake?

[Ali, Saqib]

I was really hoping that Snowflake would announce SQL based User Defined
Aggregate Functions (UDAF) this year at the Snowflake Summit 2025. I have
been using the SQL based UDAF in BigQuery and find them more versatile than
the Python based UDAF in Snowflake.
